As we expand our digital platform and product capabilities, we are looking for a Product lead - compliance & reporting (maritime) to join our remote team and help us shape the future of mental health technology.
What you'll do
Compliance understanding & structuring
- Interpret relevant maritime standards and industry expectations
- Translate requirements into clear, structured internal understanding
- Identify how Lifekeys aligns with and supports these frameworks
Reporting & audit readiness
- Design and structure client-facing reports (usage, engagement, outcomes)
- Develop audit-ready documentation and outputs
- Ensure our solution can be clearly presented during client audits and reviews
Product ownership (compliance & reporting layer)
- Take ownership of how compliance and reporting are built into the product
- Contribute to development of automated reporting features
- Help define what data should be tracked and how it should be presented
Client & commercial support
- Support internal teams in answering compliance-related client questions
- Structure responses for proposals, and compliance reviews
- Contribute to building a clear and strong compliance narrative
Monitoring & continuous improvement
- Track relevant developments in maritime standards and industry expectations
- Continuously improve reporting structures and documentation
Who we're looking for
A structured and analytical Product lead – compliance & reporting (maritime) who can help bridge maritime compliance understanding with our digital product.
The focus of this role is on translating industry requirements into clear reporting structures, audit-ready outputs, and product development.
You will play a key role in helping Lifekeys become easy to understand, document, and validate in client audits, tenders, and compliance reviews.
You do not need prior deep expertise in maritime frameworks, the role requires the ability to quickly understand, structure, and apply them.
Requirements and qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Maritime Studies, Marine Engineering, Marine Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- Alternatively, a degree in Law / Legal Studies or similar is also relevant
- Experience in maritime operations, shipping, crewing, or related environments is an advantage
- Strong analytical and structured thinking ability
- Excellent written English
- Ability to translate complex information into clear, practical outputs
Nice to have
- Previous experience with a similar role
- Working remotely with international teams
- Background as a seafarer, maritime officer, or maritime operations staff
