Lifekeys is committed to protecting and respecting your private information. These privacy policies and terms of use for our users apply to Lifekeys and explain how we process your personal information. We have to collect information from you, or you provide us in connection with the registration and administration of your user account with Lifekeys.
Privacy policy for Lifekeys customers applies to personal information that we process in connection with the registration and administration of Lifekeys services. They do not apply to any links to third-party websites and / or services such as third-party applications that you may encounter while using the Service. Information you provide to the Service

We may obtain the following information from our registered users:

  • Password;

  • Name;

  • Email address;

  • Telephone number;

  • Country and postal address;

  • Date of birth;

  • Gender.

We want to make the user aware that we do not receive social security numbers from our customers, nor do we want the customer to give us information about this.

The Lifekeys service may automatically collect the following information, which in some cases may constitute personal information:

The registration and logging technology used in the Service automatically retrieves the URL of the page you came from and the page you move to when you leave the Service. We also record the Internet Protocol (IP) address of the device you use as you enter the Service, information about your device’s operating system and information about whether you are logged into a particular iOS device, as well as the name of your ISP.

We use Hotjar in order to better understand our users' needs and to optimize this service and experience. Hotjar is a technology service that helps us better understand our users' experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don't like, etc.) and this enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users' behavior and their devices. This includes a device's IP address (processed during your session and stored in a de-identified form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), and the preferred language used to display our website. Hotjar stores this information on our behalf in a pseudonymized user profile. Hotjar is contractually forbidden to sell any of the data collected on our behalf.

Data security

Securing personal data is important to us. We have established rules and procedures to protect your personal information in accordance with the GDPR. We will take reasonable precautions to ensure that healthcare personnel, employees and data processors are acting in accordance with these guidelines and obligations under GDPR.

For example, the servers we use are secured and protected by firewalls, and we restrict access to personal information to employees, suppliers and representatives who must know this personal information in order to operate, develop or improve the Service.

Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password that gives you access to the Service, you are responsible for keeping that password secret. Please do not share this password with anyone and we recommend users to choose a password that is not too simple.

No credit card information will be stored in our systems. Credit card information is only stored with payment solution providers that Lifekeys uses. Lifekeys uses Nets as a payment solution and card acquirer.

Transfer of Personal Data Abroad

All personal data are managed by servers located in the EU or EEA. Personal data will never be operated by servers located outside the EU / EEA. By registering with the Service and accepting the Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy, you consent to the transfer of personal data about you within the EU / EEA.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

Occasionally, we may make changes to our Privacy Policy. You can see that there have been changes to our Privacy Policy by looking under “Last Updated” at the top of this page.
