What payment methods can I use when ordering at Lifekeys?

We accept payment with VISA and Mastercard. It is also possible to use PayPal and Vipps. When you have added all the products / consultations you want to the shopping cart, you proceed to checkout. Follow the on-screen instructions and make sure your information is correct. After the payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation via email from Lifekeys.

What if my card is rejected?

Lifekeys will only reject a transaction based on instructions from your bank. It may be that there are insufficient funds, that your card has been blocked due to unusual or suspicious activity, or that the personal information you provided does not match the information registered with the bank. Whatever the reason, contact your card issuer or use a different payment method.

What is the Lifekeys cancellation policy?

Cancellation of a consultation must be done at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. You can easily do this by sending us an email and we will arrange the rest. Cancellations under 24 hours before the scheduled time will not be refunded.

How do I choose the right Lifekeys psychologist for me?

You choose a psychologist from Lifekeys’s own psychologists on our website under ‘Lifekeys psychologists.’ Each psychologist has a picture and a small text describing their subject areas, as well as a little about the psychologist himself. Choose the psychologist based on personal chemistry, experience in the area you need help with and the overall impression of the psychologist.

What if I don't like my psychologist?

All Lifekeys users have the option of selecting and swapping psychologists from our selected list of Lifekeys psychologists. As a user, you are free to change psychologist at your convenience, regardless of cause.If you have further feedback on your psychologist you can contact us at - your name and username will be kept anonymous to the psychologists upon feedback.

Can anyone other than the psychologist treating me access my personal data?

Besides payment information, only the psychologist assigned to the user will access the personal information provided. If the user chooses to switch psychologist during treatment and / or wants to use another psychologist at Lifekeys, then the new psychologist will be transferred the personal information given under the previous psychologist. This is so the user does not have to re-enter all information.

What do I do if I want to change my psychologist?

Lifekeys users are advised to have a permanent psychologist who they use throughout the treatment process. If a user wants to switch to another psychologist then this can be done at the next appointment. The user then moves on to another psychologist and orders an appointment via the psychologist's personal calendar.

What are the Requirements for a Psychologist Appointment?

We think everyone needs someone to talk to sometimes and Lifekeys makes no demands on how you use your consultation. Our psychologists are equipped to take care of different people, with different mental disorders and challenges.

How safe is it to shop in the online store?

Lifekeys is committed to ensuring that your personal information is kept safe at all times, and we therefore use several methods to prevent fraud. You will be asked to provide information that will help ensure that your card is not used by unauthorized persons, such as a security code (CVC) when paying online. This code is the last three digits of the signature strip on the back of your card. We also use 3D Secure for VISA and Mastercard. You can register as a user of 3D Secure with your card issuer.

What information should I not provide?

All your personal information is stored on a secure server protected by firewalls that is unavailable to others.

Is Lifekey's call platform stable and secure?

Lifekeys uses a platform based on WebRTC solution and has proven to be among the most secure forms of online conversation available. All calls are fully encrypted, which means security is top-notch.

What happens to my personal information?

Your personal information such as name, telephone number, social security number or other information will be stored with the psychologist you choose to use. The information will not be passed on by the psychologists and will not be used without your permission. Lifekeys safeguards its users, and our psychologists have a duty of confidentiality in accordance with health care regulations.

What are the technical requirements for using Lifekeys?

If you have a PC, Mac or android, you must use either Chrome or Firefox browsers when you have a video consultation with Lifekeys. If you use an iPhone or iPad, you must use Safari. It is important to always have an updated version of the browser for the video to work. All of the aforementioned browsers are free and it is recommended to download them for the use of Lifekeys. All users need internet access. You are free to choose between Wifi (wireless internet) or mobile network. Please note that Internet coverage will vary according to coverage conditions in the part of the country you are in. Lifekeys recommends that you have a stable Internet connection throughout the conversation.

Do I have to have a webcam when I have a psychologist appointment?

Lifekeys’s video service requires access to a webcam and microphone (which is built into most devices) but the user can choose whether or not to use video. Lifekeys strongly recommends activating the webcam on their personal computer to get the most out of the consultation. You can also book an appointment over the phone if you wish.
