Gudmundur Ebenezer is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Lifekeys. A clinical psychologist with more than 20 years of experience, his work spans mental health, resilience, leadership development, performance under pressure and organizational psychology across both public and private sectors.

Gudmundur founded Lifekeys in 2017 with a vision of making psychological expertise, personal development and professional support more accessible through technology. Since then, he has led the development of Lifekeys into a psychology-driven software platform supporting individuals, teams and organizations.

Alongside leading the company's strategy and product development, Gudmundur continues to work with leaders, professionals and organizations in Norway and internationally. His experience ranges from resilience and leadership development to supporting people and organizations through demanding situations and critical incidents.
