Natasha Sandique is a Licensed and Registered Psychologist from the Philippines. She earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of San Carlos in 2019. Tasha provides psychological assessment, evidence-based psychotherapy, and counseling services focusing mainly on clients with anxiety, depression, and trauma-related problems. Tasha has experience in counseling individuals with work and study-related concerns, relational difficulties, identity issues, and family concerns.
As a Psychologist, Tasha’s approach is based on Client-Centered Therapy and Cognitive-Behavior Therapy, with elements of mindfulness, as well as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). Tasha has experience in delivering workshops on mental wellness, stress management, and self-care among others. Tasha was also a former teacher where she taught General Psychology and Filipino Psychology. Part of Tasha’s advocacy is to provide support for all individuals who seek for help and aim for mental wellness, no matter the concern.
In our country, there is still a certain stigma surrounding mental health and seeking for help when faced with adversities. However, I am committed in creating a safe space for anyone and everyone who need help. I believe that wounded people are beautiful, and I value the journey of one’s self-healing.
