Neha has M. Phil. in Clinical Psychology and a RCI license. She has several years of experience as clinical psychologist working in varied settings. She focuses on using treatment methods including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), Mindfulness strategies, and Neuropsychology to collaboratively work on goals defined by her clients.
Neha helps clients with a wide variety of mental health concerns including: depression, anxiety, bipolar, grief, PTSD, addiction, and other problems. She believes that clients have the answers and that with her help they will find a deeper awareness of who they are, who they want to become, and how to propel onto a path of healing and recovery.
