Ms. Shubhika Singh Chundawat (she/her) is a licensed clinical psychologist and psychotherapist in India. She is an alumna of Lady Shri Ram College for Women and Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. She has received her clinical training from an RCI accredited institute.
She has experience working with both individuals and couples in various settings such as hospitals, private clinics, family courts, de-addiction centers and rehabilitation facilities. Furthermore, Shubhika has treatment experience with employees of various corporate organizations in providing them with employee assistance programs.
As a psychologist, Shubhika works with both clinical (i.e. anxiety, phobia, depression, PTSD, addictions, sexual dysfunctions, gender dysphoria) and non-clinical concerns (such as relational issues, body image, self-esteem, meaning in life, grief etc). She has an eclectic approach to work in therapy but, broadly speaking it is based on a psychodynamic approach with elements of systemic model and existential ideas. She believes in formulating a subjective therapeutic model that works best for the client's needs and desired goals.
“I am committed to providing a safe, compassionate and non-judgemental space for you to address your concerns, alleviate your distress and form a strong therapeutic alliance which ultimately leads to healing, growth and finding meaning/purpose. Sometimes a few conversations will suffice, while other times a more prolonged therapeutic course would be necessary.”
