She gained such experience by completing supervised work in organizations such as Open Secret (Wellbeing Scotland), Crisis and Place2Be.

‘I offer therapeutic sessions, based on a person-centered approach. Through empathy, compassion and genuineness, I promote an ambient environment for individuals to feel accepted, respected and understood while enabling them to achieve their desired outcomes. Counselling is one of the healthiest ways to process life's issues. It can be empowering and insightful by reflecting upon the ways we respond to our environment, thusly developing our
overall self-awareness.

The therapeutic relationship we develop is based on trust and confidentiality and is tailored to your issues. Whatever the topic, I am available to discuss your needs with you, help you gain a better understanding of your feelings and together we can work to meet your goals.’
