Su has worked in a number of clinical settings ranging from hospitals, community and children and family mental health services as well as third level student counselling settings.
She has worked with adults (both individually and in groups) in secondary adult mental health services and in long term therapy services.She has experience of a range of age groups from children (aged 10+), adolescents, family therapy and adults presenting with diverse mental health issues from across the lifespan. Additionally, she has undertaken research working with individuals struggling with eating disorders.
Su works with clients experiencing psychological difficulties ranging from depression, trauma, PTSD to interpersonal difficulties, bereavement, grief, eating disorders, body image disturbances, gender identity and sexuality.
Her approach towards clinical work with clients is integrative and holistic backed by research and evidence. Su adopts an individualized approach to facilitate each client's unique needs and goals towards growth and development through therapy.
